Office space photography and video

We would require jpg photographic stills of the exterior and interior of an empty ground level office space in Haggerston measuring 12' x12' including the bathroom area and stairs leading to a mezzanine office space. Video footage would also need to be taken of a walk through the office space from the front door on the ground floor to the vacant mezzanine level. This would be shot on a DSLR with a wide zoom or prime lens, preferably with the like of a movcam cage or handheld gimbal to reduce camera shake. Incusion of a panel light in the shooting kit would be beneficial for lighting the rear of the office space which is not glazed. The video should not need to be edited if shot as a continuous 1 minute clip. The project should take no more than an hour to shoot/record and transfer the media.
