Videographer for Dance for film

We are a professional Manchester based dance company, Tangled Dance Company, presenting site sensitive, high end art productions. We want to create a dance for film that would be shown as a projection as part of a large promenade production through listed buildings.

Anticipated 2022 creation and 2023 touring. 

Location: tbd; ideally a warehouse/old mill type space in Manchester

Cast: 2 professional contemporary dancers & a group of supporting cast performing gestural movement (none professionals)

Including dance with props (supporting the narrative)

Length of film: approx 5 mins

Days filming: 1 (possibly 2)

We're looking to collaborate with a videographer who can capture and edit our vision and is open to following the Artistic Director/Choreographer's direction on the project; the piece requires a specific narrative to be portrayed and it is important the movement is captured in a sophisticated manner or it sacrifices the quality of piece.
