Youtube Video Intro using my logo Built in Adobe Premier

I have a logo, that has a sun in it, but I need a killer 6-10 second video intro using my logo, that makes the sun rise up, shining on the logo( House with a nice glare on the house) and make it realistic, i can export the logo with out the sun and you use a better one or use the sun its self. I can give you just the sun, or use your own.. But also the logo has a house on it, so looking for the intro to have a background like the house is sitting in grass with clouds in the background. I need it to be exported as 1080p (1920x1080) and 4K (3840x2160).
But need very high quality with no water marks whats so ever. I have a lower budget but the project should be fairly easy.
I will need the export file that you used to do the into in, so i can edit it later. This is a must.
My budget is not very much, Looking to spend no more than $75.00
