We are looking for an assistant to help manage the administrative task of our online store. Day to Day tasks will include:
- Amazon seller account maintenance
- Outbound shipment - handle outbound shipments from our warehouse
- Online return management - reconciliation and eBay listing creation
- Customer support - Managing negative reviews and responding to buyers message
- Inventory reimbursements and other inventory administrative tasks
We are currently looking for someone who could help us around 10 - 20 hours a week but depending on the results it can turn to a full time position (i.e. 40 hours a week).
We also have a whole host of other tasks that need work as needed such as product and competitor research, etc. as tasks come up.
We will provide all training needed for this position. Ideal candidate should have a great data entry and research skill. Prior e-commerce experience (e.g. Amazon FBA, eBay, shopify) is not required but it is a big plus.
