We're seeking professional, driven individuals to manage and engage chats for our growing OnlyFans accounts. The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a master in building meaningful relationships with fans, leading to the successful selling of PPV content.
Responsibilities:
- Engage fans, adopting the persona of the model.
- Develop relationships and build trust with fans through engaging conversations.
- Follow strict chatting phases: Small talk, Transition, Sexting, Aftercare
- Achieve sales targets per shift and earn attractive commissions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales, fan interactions and shared information.
- Track your shift activity via shift tracking software.
- Maintain long term relationships with fans
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Access to a Laptop/Computer.
- Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week.
- Passing our training materials and chatter test
Compensation:
- $4AUD/hour + 2% commission on sales.
- Weekly bonuses for reaching weekly targets.
