We are a recently launched digital agency based in Europe. We are looking for a Spanish speaking virtual assistant.
Initially, the VA will be hired for a small size Data Entry project. However, depending on the results and needs of our growing business, they might be hired later on for other assignments as required.
-The VA should be a native (or C2) Spanish Speaker.
-Due to the tools we use, the freelancer must have a Windows 10 computer with minimum screen resolution 1366x768px, and a stable connection with mimum speed of 1Mbps/2Mbps (up/down).
-Signing a confidentiality agreement will be required for data protection compliance, as the data entry involves personal data.
-Must be able to have mic/headphones for online call with the team to coordinate on the tasks.
-The VA should be available at least 1 hour daily within the Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (CET) time frame to be able to communicate with the team during our business hours.
Prior experience with Microsoft Teams/Microsoft 365 Business is a plus.
