Hi, I need an assistant to handle various tasks in my business and personal life. You will be paid monthly or every 2 weeks, whichever you prefer. You will start with a monthly pay of $40-50, eventually I may raise this. My business is always growing and if you can be a reliable, productive, and long term assistant I see no reason to place any limits on your pay. There may also be bonuses or extra pay for certain jobs.
Generally, if you are proficient in English, using the internet, and can learn software quickly, those are the only skills you will need as I will show you exactly what you need to do. Having skills in HTML, graphic design, and programming will be helpful. Most of your tasks will involve logging into one of my servers and handling customer support/orders for my Fiverr account, clients for my software/data business, and business cash advance leads. Many of your tasks will also include researching various products/services for me and calling customer support lines to handle some of my support requests(your English does not have to be perfect for this). Additional tasks might be handling software scrapers, email programs, and posting projects on [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc./hiring applicants for specialized tasks.
Customer support and client followup tasks are a priority(though short) and should be completed within 12-24 hours of coming up. Software management tasks(monitoring my data scrapers or email software) will be fairly short and should be done daily. Research and other tasks I give you are less time sensitive and can be completed over a week or so. I estimate that all your tasks will take a total of 2-5 hours per day on average.
Here is a list of specific tasks that you will do:
-Logging into my server via TeamViewer or a similar program
-Fulfilling Fiverr orders on the server(involves simple uploads and copy/pasting of instructions)
-Handling Fiverr customer support/sales on the server(with message templates I will give you)
-Handling email followups for additional product sales(message templates provided) and managing my Interspire Email Marketer mailing list
-Following up with business cash advance leads(message templates provided)
-Handling mailing list unsubscribes
-Handling basic SEO tasks(mainly monitoring already set up campaigns) with XRumer, Scrapebox, SEO Powersuite, and SenukeXCr
-Monitoring data scraping software e.g. GSA Email Spider
-Research of products/services/information
-Calling/Emailing customer support of various services
-Posting jobs for specialized tasks on [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc. and selecting applicants
-Document and make notes on each type of task you do(and instructions I give you) for easy reference
