Integrate C++ DLL with VB.NET 2008

Job Description:
We get a pure C++ dll from manufacturer and would like to use it directly inside vb.net 2008.
Please find the original data and dll for this project
We wish that before you take up this project, please ensure that you are able to REALLY get results out from dll
Output :
a) A single forms with 2 buttons and 2 text boxes, Button #1 - Fan Select, Button #2 Belt Select
b) Press Button #1, call FanSelectionEx2 function and output results array, just take 1 results and display inside the first text box
c) After that using this result, call for ExportPic function and export the bitmap image to any path locally in C: drive
d) Second button, when press, call for BeltSelection function using the result from (b), output the result array, and choose one of the values from array and display inside 2nd Text Box.
Once you got all text boxes filled up with data, consider integration successful.
