Visual plot of intraday buying and selling of securities via ibkr data feed

Job Description:

Dear coder,

I have a little project in mind, but I am willing to pay good money if you can deliver.

I need a visual representation of a specific options chain beeing bought and sold. The data is provided via the ibkr (interactive broker) api. For example: I want to analyze the spx option chain. The current strike price of spx is 4000, collect the data of the nearest strikes (100pts, 10 points steps, in this case 4000, 4010, 4020; 3990, 3980.. and so on). Now the cumulative amount of buying and selling of each strike as well as an combined set needs to be plotted on a simple diagram (x: time, y: cumulative amount). The diagrams need to be potting live, IBKR allows 50 refreshes per minute.
