Webservice in golang calling windows DLL

Job Description:

Hi,

I have a windows DLL (visual basic) and need to run some functions of the DLL by calling them via a Webservice passing several parameters (including a zipped file) and getting a response which can include another (zipped) file as a result.

The functions basically convert a input file into another.

I would need the webservice to be standalone and written in golang, it will run on a windows machine where also the DLL will reside.
