I am looking after a Merchandiser to point me to the right direction and give me the best plan on where/how to place my Markets departments. The departments are 1)Meat/Butchery, 2)Delicatessen(cheese/cold cuts/olive/salads etc 3)Dairy, Milk,butter,yoghurts,packaged cold cuts etc, 4)Frozen Food, 5)Alcohol Drinks, Soft drinks, Wine, Water etc, 6)Breakfast-Snacks(Cereal/Muesli/Oats etc), 6)Basic Packaged Food(Rice/Flour/Spice/Canned Food/Olive Oil/Sandwich Bread/Sauces etc), 7)Baby Products, 8)Personal Care, 9)Household-Cleaning-Paper, 10)Seasonal, 11)Pet foods and products. I am quite familiar with the updated marketing/merchandizing techniques, so i am after an expert on the subject. Each department must use at least 20m2. The butchery's already placed.
