Help with a visual mock-up of a "round-table" collaboration concept

I need someone that will let me watch them do a visual mock-up of a "round-table" collaboration concept. Voice communication is necessary for this as I need them to do the work with me watching.
The task pays $2 per hour with a minimum of $2 to be paid upon completion.
Good communication is the hardest thing to find so please keep that in mind when bidding.
Components of mock-up:
Round table 72" to scale with a monitor on the edge and 5 chairs around it.
Three locations with laptops and the other two with only pen and paper.
Two HDMI cables are plugged into two of the laptops coming from a splitter that will be plugged into the shared monitor.
You need to be comfortable doing the work in front of me.
