Configuring CTI in People Soft with VICI dial

I have People Soft CRM(Oracle) and VICI Dial (Calling Software) wchich work seprately but now i want to configure VICI Dial interface with my People Soft CRM .

The main reason for this configuration is to use only one CRM i.e People Soft...
