I am using a VOIP provider which uses the international dialing system of E164.
I am in Australia so it is a pain to have to put 61 in-front of every number dialed.
I need to be able to dial local numbers such as 0740567392 (this is a national number 0740567392 or E164 61740567392)
Other national number examples:
Mobile numbers such as 0412768891 (04 XXXX XXXX)
1800 numbers (1800 XXX XXX)
13 numbers (13 XX XX)
1300 numbers (1300 XXX XXX)
000 (emergency number)
I am using a PAP2 voip box.
Your job is to create a dial plan that works.
