Find out why OpenResty is blocking my site

Job Description:

I am being blocked from accessing my own website by OpenResty/1.19.9.1. So far NO ONE can help me. My ISP says it's not their problem; my shared hosting provider says it's not their problem.

I am the ONLY ONE who is blocked. My ISP can access my site, my hosting provider can access my site. But I cannot access my site on any of my three computers.

The blocking page usually says: "403 Forbidden OpenResty/1.19.6.1, tho' sometimes it says other things, but it always says OpenResty/

I need someone who knows enough at least tell me what's happening so that I can take steps to fix it.
