VB.net 2013 web simulation app.

I need an app that will work with following websites:
1) elance
2) guru
3) odesk
4) freelancer
It will have following features:
1) Auto login: A encrypted username and password will be embedded into the app. There will be 4 buttons (one for each website). When user clicks a button (for example, elance), the app will open elance website (in WebBrowser control) and log into it automatically with the embedded username and password.
2) Automatic bidding: The app should bid on the currently loaded website (the website which opened and logged in automatically by clicking a button from feature 1). The app should bid on 1 project per minute. The amount of the bid should be decided as an average amount of the project (either from other bidders or from user's defined budget).
Whoever bids $100 or less will be hired immediately.
This project is for a trusted client. The milestones or payments will be done only when the project is completed and tested by the client and only when he is happy.
