Job Description:
Go to maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.
Go to Registration tab and click on Registered Project
Select Registered Project.
Then, we have to search by Certificate number. We have approx. 40,000 Certificate number which have to be searched one by one.
Once you search any Certificate Number, respective project is being displayed. Click on View tab next to the date under view details.
This will take you to the tab of MahaRERA Application page from where we have to extract the following details:
1. Project name
2. Member Information
3. Litigations related to the project
4. Total Plot/Project area (sqmts)
5. FSI Details
6. Bank Details
7. Name of Architect, Engineer, Chartered Accountant
8. Number of Form 1 Uploaded
9. Number of Form 2 Uploaded
Please take a look at the sample sheet for the details to be filled in. we need to do this for around 40,000 Certificate numbers.
