Find high quality images of car parts

I am gathering high quality images of car parts for a graphic design exercise. I have a list of different areas of the vehicle (several hundred lines long) and want representative images from a variety of angles. These would then put put into powerpoint as the example shows.
I would provide the list (in Excel) and a blank powerpoint file, you would be responsible for:
1) creating the unique pages within the powerpoint
2) going and finding a range of images that showed the part - this is not about first 10 images in Google search, they must properly show the part on a standalone basis so that a graphic designer can understand what it looks like
3) Making useful comments about the parts (for instance, it always has a large electrical connector on the side or the object is always made out of a shiny metal)
4) sending the file to me for checking and finding new images based on my response
