Fancty template, graphic theme and css for a stock market website

I am looking for a nice and fancy template for a new financial website.
Only the graphic theme and the css are required for this project as well as the template (header and footer and layout of the homepage. (no database work needed as I will do the database design myself)
Your job will be to find a graphical theme, which should be like in this tone and level of quality :[url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] (for the header)
That is to say: a couple of "funny" graphic characters (could be finance people or why not soccer people) which will be reused in the website as redactors avatars.
I will implement the template and css myself.
I join the gross layout of the homepage to give you an idea of fonts and style to be thinked about. Do not hesitate to ask for details.
Quality work is the key for this project. Please provide samples of previous work in this level of quality.
