Integrate Header Image on wordpress blog using CSS

Hi,
Have a super simple job for someone who knows programming/CSS etc. I have a header image on my site and need someone who can integrate it. In short, the image has an email opt-in box, just need to make it useable (I have the opt-in code). Secondly, there are some social links on the header need to get them working too and get rid of a "white space" in a couple of places. Pls see attached file for image and blog link.
