Fix html structure and design of a website AND introduce wordpress blog with the same design

I have a website for my health care clinic and I like the way it looks, except there are some HTML errors and I want to start a blog with the same design. I also want to fix some parts of the website. Currently it has about 10 pages, 1 colum for the homepage, no column on other pages.

Basically, I want you to

*Fix some html errors and fix broken container etc. on the homepage

*Adjust the size of the homepage (column) so that it would match with other pages without looking disproportional.

*Make a header image without messing up texts on it (now the header is made by tables)

*Redesign some parts if necessary. Also change the fonts and possibly color etc. to look more esthetically pleasant.

*Introduce a wordpress blog with the same design including the menu bar (That has child items for each item)

*The blog must be easily customizable. easy to change background color, easy to change the header, easy to change color or items in the menu bar etc. So that whatever I mke a change in html, it should be easily reflected on wordpress too. (menu, footer, header across the board etc.)

*A lot of functions are done by dreamweaver including the menu, templates, library etc. Unless you can suggest the better way, I want to keep it this way so that I can

*When making the header img, please use the layer(photoshop) so that I can change the logo later. The current logo is a temporary one.

*I have some website in mind about the structure. So if you want to see that please message and I'll explain a bit more. Also I'll give you the link to my website (I don't want to publically show my website because it would affect the statistics).
