Bilingual Website for a Startup Property Management Company

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a bilingual website for my property management startup company. The website should be in English and Arabic.

Website Platform

I do not have a preferred website platform, but I am open to suggestions that will suit the needs of my business.

Audience:

The wbsite should be primarily focused towards the landlords as our main audience, following would be the tenants and the vendors or service providers. The website is expected to be interactive and also a place to communicate with the property management team. The website keeps publicly available data updated automatically and should also try to capture visitor's data for analytics to identify the general interest.

Timeline

I need the project completed within a month.

- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
