Job Description:
This needs to be submitted as a working app with decent aesthetics and source code with references to libraries used.
Task
Build APIs with no frontend for a Bakery Management Application as follows:
The app should support two types of user roles: Admin and Customer
Bakery ADMIN should have the capability to:
Add Ingredients to bakery like Milk, Eggs etc
Create BakeryItem from a list of ingredients like Cupcake, Cake, Muffin etc
Get the detail of BakeryItem (ingredients with quantity percentage, cost price, selling price etc)
Manage inventory
CUSTOMER should have the capability to:
Register and Login
Get a list of available products
Place an Order and get the bill
See order history
APIs should support appropriate permissions so that customers are not able to call endpoints meant for bakery admin functions.
Evaluation criteria:
Database schema
API structure
Code organisation and quality
Documentation (Tell us how to use your application and APIs - sharing POSTMAN collection is preferred)
Use of Git in the development process (src code must be hosted on Github with meaningful commit messages, branch names etc)
Bonus
Use Docker for app env setup
Add feature for viewing popular or hot selling product (product with maximum sales)
Add feature to enable admins to add the discounting rules

Django (using Django Rest Framework for designing APIs is preferred)
