Build me a website for 3 Vacation Rental properties and Social Media Campaigns

Job Description:
I have 3 properties that are currently Listed on Airbnb and VRBO. They are all on the same physical property but have different themes. One property is 95% occupied because it has a very popular theme while the other 2 are at around 30-40% occupancy.
In order to better promote these other 2 properties and leverage the success of the first one, I would like to:
1 – Build a website that:
· Displays these 3 properties well
· Has an easy way to add content such as blogs, pictures and videos.
· Has a calendar that is linked to Airbnb via API so that prospects do not double book
· Has a payments gateway that processes credit cards on our behalf
· Is connected to all social media sites and can capture activity
· Has the ability to set up a user account
· Is built on high security standards
· Is SEO driven
2 – Create Social Media Accounts that are linked to the website
· Tik Tok
· You Tube
The social media accounts must be integrated to the website for tracking purposes.
3 – Have an experienced developer who understands social media and vacation rentals
The person or team that I choose will have demonstrated success in building other real estate or rental websites and social media initiatives that are similar.
In addition, I am looking to have someone give industry best practices as we move along in the process and can suggest the best analytical tools to capture and analyze the interactions on the social media platforms and website.
