This is a 3 phase project. This posting is for the first phase only. If you had responded to our previous project posting and did not hear back from us, that was because of certain project issues, which have been resolved. Please respond to this project.

Phase 1: Import and setup Member Portal that will allow members to register/ login to
Phase 2: Import the pledge and donations data
Phase 3: Setup Sunday school membership
Import the JSMW membership data (attached for reference, however, an updated sheet will be provided on the day of import)
The data is structured in a flat format, meaning, there is one member per row. The individual row includes the contacts for the membership - the household, head of household, spouse, and children. The corresponding demographic, as well as contact information, is also included in the individual record (for example, the spouse phone number is a column).
JSMW has only two types of memberships: life and annual. Those membership types are marked on individual records. The memberships are always given to the household.
The consultant may choose to delete the data that exists in CiviCRM that was entered by JSMW IT team or keep the structure and simply validate the structure and the data.
Import the data so that there is a hierarchy of household and individual contacts and corresponding relationships.
Create household profile page that allows the updates to the household, contacts. Also displays the event RSVPs, donations, and pledges. Finally, it should have a link to pay the pledges.
Create a registration page on the website for members to register. Upon registration, if the email matches the email of the member in the database, assign the "member" role.
The members should have access to their profile page.
Create a pledge/ donations page and integrate with JSMW Quickbooks.
Create the public events page and integrate with JSMW Google calendar.
Create a login button on the website.
Existing members should be able to register. If corresponding membership record is found (matching on contact email), assign the Member role. If no record is found, assign the Subscriber role (non-member). The users with member role would have access to member profile page that lists all the contacts in the household and will be able to update the demographic data.
Admin users would be able to change the role from Subscriber to Member and vice versa.
New membership form would be available for membership signup.
Pledges/ donations should be displayed in the member profile.
Users should be able to pay and fulfill their pledges.
The event RSVPs should display on the profile page.
Users should be able to change the event RSVPs.
Details of the next two phases will be provided upon completion of the first phase.
