Please read & understand our job in its entirety before responding. Do not respond as a robot.
Our websites are built using ASP.NET, VB, C#, & use MS SQL Server database. We would like you to use canvass library [login to view URL] However, if you have other suggestions, please discuss.
This will become our web site landing page canvass. Update this library peripherally so any future upgrades to the library product by author will not affect your custom work done around it. So both the base product & your custom work can be independently updated as long as no fundamental changes are made to each other.
The container objects of particles of library will need to be loaded with text, images & icons (item) which will be supplied as a list to your app from outside. The size of each item adjusts per available real estate & quantity. They keep rotating & moving.
The back color & backdrop image is also fed as a parameter. A visitor to the web site can customize the view by setting their own properties for the canvass of particles.
A click by user on any item results in an event that will require some action by the website later - just provide hooks.
Another gesture pulls more info at the page related to the object. This will be done via a MS SQL Server table data. Must be cross platform - HW, OS, browsers.
Initially you will build a mock up working with a test ASP.NET site & a small test MS SQL Server table.
Once approved, your work must natively integrate with our web sites & you will work with our team to make this happen seamlessly & successfully.
The system traps users IP address & possible e-mail/contact info for follow-up . Anything that is illegal or immoral please discuss with us.
Our budget is flexible.
We need you to supply this utility with full source code & any dependencies.
All the work done by you will be owned by us & you will train us for 8 hours, so we can do small maintenance work on it.
The source will have to be provided to us every other day on progressive basis.
One of our web site will be built using wordpress. So the solution should work with both asp.net & wordpress landing pages.
