• The website must have a nice, appealing and easy to use design
• The website must have a user friendly CMS system wherein it should be easy to modify the uploaded content, so that a lay person can also edit it in the future.
• The website must be highly secure and completely hack proof
• The website must be able to automatically back itself up every day (in case something goes wrong)
• The design and appearance needs to be different, but the features/facilities must be similar to the following website: [url removed, login to view]
• Automatic timezone detection for customers
• Ability to include a discount code for customers when they are ordering assignments
• The website must be able to accept payments through paypal and must be able to send a confirmation email to us to indicate that an assignment has been paid for
• The order page must not be able to accept assignments that are due in less than 3 days (if a person tries to order an assignment that is due in less than 3 days, it must prompt the user to use the chat function to discuss it with the chat person who is on the website from our side)
• Automatically include reviews with a 4 star and above rating
• The customer must be able to send a direct email to us, from the contact us page.
• The landing page/home page must be attractive, as it will need to be used to convert the clients to pay
• The website must be able to detect the location of the customer and state the timezone of the person who makes the order.
• Must have the ability for customers to login
• Must be able to take the order from the customers and send all the information to our email (including attached files)
• The webmaster must tell me the titles of the pages that the “sample” website has, so that the same content can be supplied to you for our own website
• The website must have a chat function incorporated in it, whrerein the customers can chat with us. Any recommendations? Zen desk? Any others?
• After completing the website design, a “backup zipped file” must be sent which should enable the website to be restored in case anything happens to the website
• The order page must have many abilities, such as the ability to state the price, based on the order or to send us an email in case a custom order is received.
• The website design process should follow good communication and step by step daily and continuous completion of the work
