Migration of a website from html to WordPress CMS

The task is to migrate an existing plain old HTML page to the WordPress CMS. In this process, the design should be refreshed to 2019 design standards and the years to come. The main reasons for the migration are the need to offer a mobile design that ranks good on Google and to add different languages.
Requirements:
• New site using WordPress
• For the design, it is mandatory to use the DIVI layout builder
• The site should be optimized for the use on mobile devices but still look good on the computer screen
• Update Safe: WordPress Updates, Plugin Updates, especially Divi Updates don’t affect the existing design – probably a child design has to be built
• It should be easy to migrate the data from the test system to the later production system (probably also the easiest way with the child theme)
The planning for the page is not finished at the moment. When the work of the migration starts, I hope to have the structure finished as well as many of the new texts. This content should allow testing the new webpage.
Design Ideas:
• The color scheme of blue colors from the old website should be used further on but can be extended
• In the redesign, the layout should remain clean and tidy

• The following elements from the reference pages are favored for the new design:
o Modern uneven design - Especially for the welcome page it should look different than a table consisting of angled blocks.
o Still the elements on the page allow identifying the different sections clearly
