The Intake Person y enters the patient’s first name last name address city state ZIPcode email address, Health insurance coverage Yes NO, cellphone and cell provider into a for and sends it to WebPicID.
The intake person sens this info to WebPicID by Secure Message Ray Grace intake person email address. Medicalin @ [login to view URL]
Press Submit this asks the intake person to complete a VIDOTN
Need to create this form on the Merchant site.
The intake person advises the Patient to go to [login to view URL], sign up, and verify their identity.
The Patient and Intake Person is sent a VIDOTN email by WebPicID their cell provider.
The Intake person tells the Patient their Authentication code
The Patient tells the intake person their Authentication code.
The Patient Inputs the authentication code and into VIDOTN and pressed Submit
The Input Person the authentication code and into VIDOTN and pressed Sub
When a green popup with appears with the Message “Identity Verified”
The Intake person can process the Patient.
If the ID is not verified then this is a fraud.
If a person does not have insurance.
WebPicID will provide an insurance code goo for 90 days
This can be extended for an addition 275 days if necessary.
WebPicID may also be renewed the insurance for another year.
