All the end product IP and all the sources and codes will be our assets after the project (Woocommerce, Theme, LMS, Plugins - Themes Customization PSDs, HTML/WordPress. Any graphic designs, and so on…)

I need 1-year support 24/7 after the project and we can renew it based on our future agreement. Scope of support;

The project time cap is 25 days from the day you accept the job. ANY DELAY IN ANY STAGE EVEN 1 DAY WILL END UP TO CANCELLING ALL THE MILESTONES AND PROJECT FOR YOU.
