Revamp a nonprofit website

What we're looking for:

Looking for a top-caliber freelancer/agency website front end and back developers who will revamp a nonprofit organizational site. The choice is yours whether to implement site improvements OR develop a new site (from scratch at your preferred CMS) if that makes it easier. This project must be set it up in three essential environments: Development; Staging; and Production.

We will consider a freelancer/agency with strong experience in designing sites using the best WordPress themes (other than Divi), Woocommerce, Crowdfunding plugins, and API integration.

The objectives are as follows:

1. Implement site improvements for a WordPress site or build from scratch at your preferred CMS.

*** Must be mobile responsive and make sure the PageSpeed and YSlow ratings are very good.

2. To set-up three environments (Development, Staging, and Production) for the said site.

*** This will follow the usual deployment process, with scripts for moving versions from environment to environment.

3. Make sure that content can be easily changed/edit by any other developer.

4. Make sure that content meets SEO ranking criteria

We need the following deliverables:

- Technical offer #1 by December 4, 2020

- Final Product: Revamped or new site to go LIVE by January 29, 2021

- User Manual for site administrators

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:

- Experience translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code

- {Software platforms, frameworks, languages, databases, unit tests, version control, APIs}

If you’re someone with strong skills in front and back end programming languages, a tech wizard with strong visual skills with the ability to deliver a stunning site, and can ensure that ALL plugins/tools/site pages function correctly on across browsers - both on desktop and mobile view - through testing --- we need you!
