update to an existing asp.net website

1. Add section to the admin page for managing users
2. Admin will be able to add/remove users
3. Admin will be able to assign roles to users, roles are:
1. Admin
2. HR
4. HR users will be able to view/edit Received CVs and Current Jobs sections
5. HR can generate reports on Job Applicants (can be based per Job advertised on site). Can be exported to Excel, pdf…etc.
6. On clicking on apply now, a popup is shown where applicant can enter his/her details (Name, phone, email, years of experience, work related requirements…etc.) can we add remove items from popup based on requirement?
7. “SUBMIT CV” button to be removed from main page.
8. Can we have an additional check to refrain people from reapplying to the same job (by checking size of CV, email, Phone?) We have issues where applicants apply over and over again.
