Background:
we are selling AI-based video analytics functions, which user can create account and then purchase any plan on website. After instant paid and user account activated, user can find the tools (depends on their pricing and membership level) in their customer portal and start using it.
Pricing would be dynamic to different end-user level after login.
Before login, the public can change video size to get different pricing.
You can suggest to keep current design or a new template. However, please note there would be a custom build for customer portal and the dynamic pricing formula, and CRM system in phase 2 will be considered.

Current website [login to view URL] have some design bugs (e.g. menu bar is invisible in some section, no hamburger menu...etc) and Google pageload speed score is too low (we know no need to meet all of them, but right now it is just too poor), which yet to be fixed by the developer.

The video transmission you can suggest to use Cloudflare or AWS, but we have the following requirement to you:
-Extensive experience in providing entire video based e-commerce solution from architecting to developing. Please provide relevant reference based on # of subscribers and the largest video storage you have handled
-Good understanding of video format, video transmission, video storage & utilizing video file splitting methodologies to speed up video processing time
-In-depth experience & certification in Cyber Security
-SaaS Experience in Cloud API/interface and optimal use of Cloud storage space E.g. Azure and AWS
