Job Description:
[login to view URL] has a custom CMS built for the recruitment industry. In some ways its a 'smaller' more 'tailored' version of WordPress (hence it only does recruitment). But goes more in depth making it possible to take recruitment information into the CMS to make great candidate journeys.

We are looking for a content manager with a feel for design. the projects will be very structured/similar case by case from a project standpoint:
1. Booston will collect (with the client) all materials:
- Brandbooks
- Base images
- Content (texts, video)
- Connect external systems and import recruitment entities like: jobs, job attributes, recruiters, locations, etc.
2. With this information the content manager build the websites in the example:
- Turns the brand into styled page elements
- Sets up beautiful / converting pages
- Inserts content
- Where necessary tweaks some images to go the extra mile, e.g. [login to view URL]
Basically turns collected materials into customized websites.
3. Booston presents the first version to a client and with the content manager alterations are made and the website is set live.
Note: these sites are content managed without the help of our dev team. They built the tools, the content management department works with the tools to create these high converting websites.
The process in these 3 steps, with the exception of the tailored content management is almost fully automated by the Booston SAAS solution. So connecting their external backoffice software, setting up the environment, setting the website live, etc. are all done automatically. This might be valuable to know, giving the content manager freedom in styling within the set op tooling available.
Because of this automation, a trained content manager can setup a new website from start to finish withing a timeframe of 1,5 to 2 days on average. We imagine (but let's discuss) at some point we turn this into fixed little projects. On average we can offer up to 5 of these projects monthly.
