i have a digital signage solution that displays html content uploaded and organized by the user and displayed on a URL (example: [login to view URL]). i need a chrome developers app (kiosk app that will start automatically on startup) that will display the browser full screen as well as save the url incase of a power outage. it must also be easy to change the URL and connect to a different Wifi network. this is the only functionality we need. the attached image is the only screen (besides the content) that should be displayed on the screen when the app is deployed.
OPTIONAL: controll over the monitors ON/OFF switch via CEC signal or other method.
we have an API for the content delivery we can provide.
