market vendor applications -chairty events

hi, i help charity events to run and create funding.
as most charity events have been cancelled with covid and they are struggling. im donating my time to them to help get them off the ground again.
due to goverment covid restrictions all vendors have to be digital applications which im helping with.
so what I am after is an online application for events which the vendors can see applications, apply and also pay for the spot at the event.
below is a list of details. I already have a clean WordPress site setup ready.
Select food vendor
Entertainer
Market stall
Sends them to their application form
If user already registered they log in and it shows available events list. They click apply and it opens up event application and it auto fills in their details.
If no account then it sends them to the application and fill in details. It then creates accou t after.

When applications come in I can select and decline with reason.
Or I click approved and It sends them the invoice
.
The invoice can be paid through wp or woocommerce via the square payment plugin..
Notes.....
When user logs in they can see their applications and status.
The click on the application and it shows their receipt number there.
Must create account with new application.
I will supply the form which I have already setup with superior's plugin.

I have the 3 form types, click create event and out in event details for the form.
