Build Dynamic WordPress site with WooCommerce / Front End

Hi I am a designer Looking for a Front end Developer with Experience in Wordpress and WooCommerce. The front end developer that I usually work with recently got hired full time and is no longer available to work on clients sites. I am looking for someone to work with on not only this project, but hopefully someone I can continue to work with as there are more projects in the pipeline.
Must Have a solid understanding of:
Developing for WordPress
Visual Grammar
Dynamic Websites
Selecting the right templates / widgets
Developing from Wireframes / roadmap / Prototype.
Strong understanding of effective CSS
Building for WooCommerce
Clean use of parallax frames
Building custom frames based on prototypes.
Not Required but a plus:
Some understanding of PhP
Minimal back end
Python Integration
Looking to begin soon.
