Re-build website

Hello,

I am looking for someone to re-build a client's website from scratch on a wordpress instance which is ready to be worked on. The theme must be Divi (which is already paid for and installed) and all work must be done on the live or dev sites hosted by us.

The old website is no longer availabe, however we do have the content that needs to be used and a reference to the old website on 'wayback machine' where required, below is a link to the most current version of what the website was.
