Build me a wordpress Website

I need someone to build for me (with basic modern design skills) a WordPress website.
The website is a store to sell membership for unlimited download of 3D assets. (digital products)
The website is closed and you can’t see content pages till you sign up with one of the following membership options.
There will be 3 categories of membership
Free: Completely free with the integration of google Adsense.
Paid: 1$ a month, to remove adv, and add more unique 3D content (same products in level free + more products only for level paid)
Iconic Paid: Physical Code Distribution: this specific category is to invite people who want to pay cash, not on websites. So I should have a key (digital key) to send to them upon receiving of payment, so they can use to unlock all options from level free and level paid, along with more special content only for them (not accessible by paid or free membership)
The website should be built in a way, so I can add as much content as I want everyday, in an easy manner.
Along with the possibility to update the content, update the link and update the category of the content.
Example: I have one group called lights.
After 6 month of work, this group had to split into 2 and now i need to make inside the light group, two more groups as following:
Light Interior:
Light Exterior:
Which will also be split as we move forward and as the collection keeps growing.
If we open a single object (example a specific type of interior lights for download)
We need to see the object in 3D view (if possible) if it's complicated, then a collection of images is fine.
Also we need to upload different files for each object (maybe 2 types of 3D files, and a couple of images) so clients can choose which object to download, without downloading all.
Finally a small REPORT A BROKEN LINK, next to each download button, so clients can report if something is wrong with a specific download link.
Last but not least the website is targeting Arabic speaking nationalities.
So you can build it completely in English, but prepare for me a plug-in that I can use for automatic & manual translation. Or Do it completely in Arabic and add the plugin to convert to other languages as needed.
Within the next year of the website development, it should be implemented in Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, English (I will hire specialized translators for each language) . We don't want auto google translation. It's not accurate or pretty. Attached from GoDaddy, what would you recommend to buy for such project, or would you recommend some specific services
Of course with all the standard goodies.
