Need to create a plugin for WordPress, to send WhatsApp notifications, for events and posts.
Plugin should have 3 services (notification for new posts), (notification for new events), (notification for event reminder), which will be available to members by subscription.
(New Post Notification):
1-Subscriber can select the tag or category of the posts that he wants to receive notifications about, and if any posts is added that matches, he will receive a notification with the title of the post and my be link.
2-Of course some subscribers do not want the notification to arrive directly, and perhaps some of them do not want daily notifications, so there should be an option in the subscriber’s panel, where he can set the appropriate time of notifications (for example, 4 pm, as well as the interval (daily, or select specific days of the week) with the ability to stop and reactivate it.
3-(It is preferable) in case that there're more than one post is published during the specific period chosen by the subscriber, if possible to have them in one message notification that includes the titles of these posts, instead of sending a notification for each post.
(New Event Notification):

2-Some events are due soon, and some are after several months, so it is necessary that notifications be sent only for events whose date is within a month.
3-Of course some subscribers do not want the notification to arrive directly, and perhaps some of them do not want daily notifications, so there should be an option in the subscriber’s panel, where he can set the appropriate time of notifications (e.g., 4 pm, as well as the interval (daily, or select specific days of the week) with the ability to stop and reactivate it.
4-(It is preferable) in case that there're more than one event is published during the specific period chosen by the member, if possible to have them in one message notification that includes the titles of these events, instead of sending a notification for each event.
(Event Reminder Notification):
1-Small icon should be added next to each event, such as the (LIKE icon), if the member clicks on it, which means that he wants to receive a reminder for this event if its date is approaching.
2- In the subscriber's panel, he can set the notification time, for example, 24 Hrs before the event. So sited time, will be applicable for all events that he marked them with reminder. With the possibility of turning it off and reactivating it.
Important notes:
1- The plugin must have the capability to push the notification in 2 languages (English and Arabic), meaning there should be an option at subscriber's panel to choose the language of the pushed notification text. Definitely in admin panel there should be 2 text fields for each to write the notification texts.
2- Notification must serve variables, such as the name of subscriber(e.g. Dear Mark).
3- Each of these 3 services will be available by paid subscription, so it is important to have Start/End validity where the Admin can set the periods of subscription, activate/stop subscription ...etc for each subscriber, and at the subscriber panel should see the Start, End and remaining subscription period.
4- This plugin should send alert message to the subscriber before the end of the subscription by (7 days), (1 day), and (at end).
5- It should have verification message and welcome message for new subscriber.
6- Statistical data for subscriptions, the number of notification for each member, the expiry and remaining period, and other data appear in the admin panel.
7- Possibility of setting up a trial period for the member, e.g. (1 month trial) for each service, but there must be a mechanism to know if this member has used the trial period before or not.
8- Connect with required API.
