I want to create a WordPress website from scratch without using visual page builders from a design copied from an existing website.

Pages that need to be recreated as WordPress Theme

3. Detailed Story Page: [login to view URL]

The other pages like Chatroom, Forum, Groups, Gallery, Webcam, Login, etc are not required.

Expecting a proposal that includes the foundation theme which will be used (if any) and a detailed project plan.
