Customer download links on a Woocommerce site don't work after a server move

I recently moved servers, and now my customer's old download links (from their digital purchases) don't work anymore.

When they click on the link they received on their email, they get a Wordpress error page.

On the old server, the downloads folder was outside of the public_html folder. I thought that could be the issue, but I cannot solve it.
