Customisations in my Job Portal built with WordPress (Coding Skills Required)

Hi, I have created a job portal on WordPress and I am having some issues with the functioning of the site. I have a lot of changes that are to be made in 2 stages. I have mentioned the changes I want in the first stage below -

1. When a candidate applies for a job that has the External Apply type (In this type of application, the application form pops up and the application is sent directly to the employer's email), the resume field is sent blank to the employer. Even though I have made the necessary changes in the settings, I am still not able to get the link to the resume in the email to the employer.

2. If the candidate applies to a job that has the Internal Application type (which means that the employer can only see the application details in their account on our website), the employer is not able to see the applications and as an admin, I am also not able to see the application.

3. I have enabled an option in the settings that allows candidates to apply for a job only if their profile is 70% complete. Despite turning on this option, the candidates with just a 20% profile completion score are able to apply.

4. Every Candidate has the option to choose a profile picture and also select a resume for them. I want that every time a candidate to reuploads either of the two, the previous one automatically gets deleted form the storage because it is occupying a lot of space right now.

These are just the phase one changes or you can say I just want the functionality to work properly. In phase 2, I am looking to add a few functionalities to the website. Give your best shot at the work, and I will plan the phase 2 with you. Thanks!!
