I am looking for a WordPress developer with experience in the NEX-FORMS plugin to build a registration form for my website.
Requirements:
- Build a registration form using the NEX-FORMS plugin
- The form should have 10-20 fields ( includes , check marks , radio buttons, signature field , text and menu dropdown list [all offered with NEX-FORMS ] )
- I am open to suggestions for the design and layout of the form
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in WordPress development
- Experience with the NEX-FORMS plugin
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing the form layout
Please provide examples of previous work with NEX-FORMS or similar form builder plugins.

We have working website with FORM FX plugin installed and ready to go.
currently we have PDF agreement which customers download fill out and send by email.
This PDF needs to be converted into 4 step form:
1. enter personal info and purchase request info
2. finalize to enter purchase request info and select options in terms of the agreement , read, initial and sign agreement
3. select payment method and pay by paypal or display payment information for deposit.
4. send copies of agreement to customer and our email address in PDF format.
