Looking for Gravity Forms Customization Expert

I'm looking for someone who is very creative with Gravity forms, addons and costomizations.

I currently have a gravity form customized to operate as a multi-variable pricing scheme for my products on my website

I need to create a system to manage the artwork that's uplaoded to the order. At the moment, the file upload shows up in the order details for me to download, but that's it.

I want the uploaded file to be saved on the customer's account and I want the customer to be able to access the file on their account page on the front end. I also want there to be a design approval process so that when the order is placed, I can approve the design OR I can deny it and request them to re upload it.

If this is possible with gravity forms then Awesome! If not, I am open to recommendations.
