Migrate CS-Cart Site to Woocommerce Site

Hello everyone
I need to migrate my cs-cart store to woocommerce.
I need the following migrated:
Orders (73k)
Products (450)
Categories/menus/pages
Import the exiting customers WITH passwords (around 56k)
Import SEO (or redirects)
I also need this:
1. Still be able to access old website for past orders (we can use any url for this)
2. No downtime during migration
3. I also want to add a menu with phone models and carriers similar to [login to view URL] or theunlockingcompany.com. Also need to redesign homepage to look similar to the above sites but unique for me.
Time frame: I need this done within 24-48hrs.
