Need help with elementor and woocommerce

(I wonder if I should write project description as there are so many who bid without even reading project description)
But anyway I try to explain it, I would be happy if I could get some help. As much as I need help with elementor , I also need good advice. If I say I want something done in a specific way, then if you have lot of experience advice me of a better way of doing it...If you know what I am trying to tell

I am converting an old webshop into a woocommerce webshop. The old webshop have 200.000 products and 6000 product categories. But only 6 main product categories
The issue is that if you see the Shop page in the template, I cannot display the 6000 product categories on the shop page, It would be too much.. So instead I am thinking of creating different shop page for different main product categories.
Creating 6 shop page for every main product category.
On each of these shop pages there is a filter link (just as in the current template), but it will list only subcategoires of the main product category
In addition if you check out the categories listed in the Filter on the Shop pae on the template, there the categories are listed below each other. But I would like some child product categories to be listed in under another categpry. Like treeview or hierarchiy... I dont know if that is possible
Before assigining this project to you, I need to see example of similar work you have done in the past. I am a developer myself but dont have time for this project. I am just a middle guy. But please advice me on how you would do this. And I talk to the owner of the webshop, if your solution is any good. Remember I am paying for this outsourcing project, so I need to find someone who knows how to solve this...
If you say it is impossible, then I accept it. But dont say it is possible and after a few days say it is impossible......
