Need some functions in wordpress.

For a new project I need some Wordpress implementations. We have a project with a video stream for a sports school and they want the following:
They have a schedule (every week the same schedule). There are like 6 lessons a day and every lesson is going to be live on the internet. They want for every lesson a unique link (so they can provide this to there costumers). The link must be active 15 min before the start of the class. After 48 hours they want the link to de-active. So in the 48 hours people are able to visit the link and watch the livestream again.
So what a need:
- A wordpress backend where we can fill in a weekly schedule and the schedule automatically generates unique links.
- The possibility that Wordpress makes the link visible 15 min before class and de-activated the link after 48 hours. All according to the schedule.
