I have been having problems with [login to view URL] on my wordpress/woocommerece site. What happens is a customer places an order and the order will go through, however, there is an e-mail that is sent that says there was an error. I am suppose to receive a New Order Confirmation e-mail along with the customer when an order is placed, however, it doesn't get sent when a customer pays via credit card.
Paypal works normally.
This is leaving my customers confused as to whether their orders are going through and has been an ongoing problem.
