Wordpress based membership subscription site with customisation

‘I dream of beans’ is an online monthly subscription service for coffee bean delivery built on the WordPress platform. I am a developer of about 20 years and will be managing this project, I’m a big fan of what teams of people can achieve. I can answer any of your questions and would like to hear your ideas. I will be administering the site, configuring the membership details, adding the content and ensuring the whole thing works. I need someone to do the build as I don't have time for that at the moment. It is not a complex piece of work for someone who is well versed in WordPress customisation and can follow githubflow release branching using only ssh to access live servers, aka no FTP. Please read my very rushed specification document for all the info you need.
